Gary Saunders – Principal
Gary has a particular interest in Family Law and can assist you in what can often be difficult times in negotiating children and property matters to settlement. Gary approaches matters with the view that the parties may be able to conclude matters without the assistance of the Courts and be finalised by agreement. Whether you require Pre-Nup or Binding Financial Agreement prepared Gary can assist you with your matter.
Melisa Quinn – Solicitor
Melisa has a particular interest in Property and Business Law related matters. She can assist you with drafting an agreement to suit your needs and assist you through a transaction. Whether you are looking to sell your house or enter into a Commercial Lease or a Shareholders Agreement, Melisa is your point of contact.
Outside of the office, Melisa enjoys volunteering at the Environmental Defenders Office, lifestyle retreats and outdoor music and lifestyle gatherings. Many of her hobbies are considered to be related to holistic health and/or art such as crafts, music, Yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki.
